Pada hari Sabtu, 12 Januari 2019, sebuah workshop pembangunan guru sejarah telah diadakan di sekolah menengah Kebangsaan Taman Putra. Workshop ini diadakan untuk meningkatkan kemahiran dan pengetahuan guru sejarah dalam mengajar dan menyampaikan mata pelajaran sejarah kepada murid.
Workshop ini dihadiri oleh sekitar 30 orang guru sejarah dari sekolah menengah di sekitar kawasan Taman Putra. Workshop ini dijalankan oleh seorang pakar sejarah yang berpengalaman dalam bidang pendidikan.
Workshop ini dibuka dengan sambutan daripada penganjur dan pembentangan tentang pentingnya pembangunan guru sejarah dalam meningkatkan kualiti pendidikan. Kemudian, pakar sejarah telah memberikan ceramah tentang cara mengajar sejarah yang efektif dan menarik bagi murid.

By connecting the perception
of a leader's power bases with different leadership styles, this article blends
the concept of power with situational leadership. A new tool, the Power
Perception Profile, is introduced and explored along with the identification of
power sources and a study of situational leadership. We identify maturity

John French and Bertram Raven,
two psychologists, created a framework for comprehending various forms of power
in 1959. Lipkin discusses these ideas in her book and explains why it's crucial
